  • Alicia Warburton, a New Jersey native, has called St. Petersburg home since 2014, after over 20 years living and working in the New York City area. With a background in luxury retail buying for brands like DKNY and Prada, Alicia transitioned seamlessly into real estate nearly four years ago. She now specializes in properties across the Bay Area, particularly in Tierra Verde, Snell Isle, Allendale, and St. Pete’s historic Old Northeast.

    Alicia is known for her relocation expertise and offers concierge-style service, helping clients navigate everything from property values to local amenities. A graduate of the University of New Hampshire and Fordham University, she’s a dedicated mother of three and actively involved in her community

  • John is a highly respected real estate professional known for his meticulous attention to detail, integrity, and dedication to his clients.     Originally from North Georgia, John split his early years between South Florida and Georgia before settling in St. Petersburg’s Waterway Estates. A former collegiate swimmer, he studied Biology and Business Management at Clemson University. An avid golfer, he is a member of the Vinoy Renaissance Resort & Golf Club.

    Deeply committed to his community, John serves on the Board of Directors for SPCA Tampa Bay and Leia’s Kids. He is also active in the Pinellas Realtor® Organization’s Young Professional Network, the St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce, and St. Petersburg Young Professionals. When not expanding his professional network, he enjoys time with his wife, young daughter, and two dogs.
